You see the mission and remove the friction — so the principal can stay on the high‑value work.

Skylance supports leaders making upstream decisions in defense & aerospace, energy & critical infrastructure, government and sovereign work, fintech, healthcare, advanced manufacturing, and other frontier sectors. As the part‑time Operations Coordinator and right‑hand support to the founder/fractional COO, you keep operations moving across client engagements, business development, travel, and knowledge management — without getting lost in the noise.

This is a premium part‑time support role for operator‑grade work in regulated, cross‑border, high‑consequence settings. You will travel with the principal to selected conferences, client sites, and key meetings when required, with advance notice and schedule alignment. Low ego, high ownership.
