01 — The role Right hand · Full speed

You see the mission and remove the friction — so the principal can stay on the high‑value work.

Skylance supports leaders making upstream decisions in defense & aerospace, energy & critical infrastructure, government and sovereign work, fintech, healthcare, advanced manufacturing, and other frontier sectors. As the part‑time Operations Coordinator and right‑hand support to the founder/fractional COO, you keep operations moving across client engagements, business development, travel, and knowledge management — without getting lost in the noise.

This is an unpaid part‑time internship for operator‑grade work in regulated, cross‑border, high‑consequence settings — best suited to recent graduates or final. You will travel with the principal to selected conferences, client sites, and key meetings when required, with advance notice and schedule alignment.

Reasonable limited after‑hours flexibility for urgent client windows or US calls. Occasional evenings, weekends, or intensive blocks during travel or time‑sensitive periods — planned in advance. Flexible scheduling accommodations around university commitments if you’re still studying. Not a 24/7 on‑call role, but proactive ownership during your working hours is essential.
